Aerial Silks

Aerial silks (also called aerial tissue or fabric) is a type of movement or performance in which students perform acrobatic and dance moves and poses in the air while manipulating the fabric. This type of exercise is not only an amazing workout, but is also an artistic form of expression. Aerial silks not only helps build leg, upper body, and core strength and increases flexibility, but it also gives students of all ages an opportunity to challenge themselves athletically while expressing themselves creatively.
